This Privacy Policy explains how the operators of SOLARA ("SOLARA", "we", "us", or "our") handle information in connection with the SOLARA website, mobile application, and related interfaces (the "Service") to the decentralized, on-chain lottery protocol on the Solana blockchain. SOLARA is non-custodial and account-free: we do not require you to register, and we do not collect your name, email, or private keys to use the Service.
We designed SOLARA to collect as little information about you as possible. You interact with the protocol directly through your own wallet. We do not operate user accounts, we do not hold your funds, and we never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Most of what happens takes place on the public Solana blockchain, which we neither control nor own.
We do not collect or ask for your name, email address (unless you choose to contact us), postal address, government identifiers, passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
To the extent we process any technical data, we use it only to: operate, maintain, and improve the Service; diagnose and fix problems; protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it to advertise to you or to sell to third parties.
The Service uses minimal cookies or local-storage mechanisms that are necessary for it to function (for example, remembering your preferences or maintaining a session). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear local storage and cookies through your browser or device settings, though some features may not work correctly if you do.

Because SOLARA operates on a public blockchain, any transaction you make is visible to anyone and cannot be altered or erased by us or by you. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but may be linked to your identity by third parties through external analysis. Please keep this in mind before transacting.
We retain limited technical and log data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. On-chain data persists on the blockchain indefinitely and is not subject to deletion by us.
We take reasonable measures to protect the infrastructure behind the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the security of your wallet and keys is your responsibility. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us.
The Service may be accessed from around the world, and any technical data processed may be handled in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that data may be processed in locations with different data-protection laws than those of your country.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data that we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect very little personal data and do not maintain accounts, we may have no personal data to act on. Where we do, you can contact us to make a request. Note that on-chain data cannot be changed or deleted by us.
